Interim Senior Reconciliation Specialist - (ingevulde vacature)

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and reconcile large volumes of bank transactions
Investigate discrepancies and work towards accurate cash positions
Ensure accurate financial records across multiple entities and geographies
Provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders in a global matrix setup
For Team Lead role: oversee daily operations, allocate tasks, monitor quality and timelines

Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Trained at a Big Four audit firm (EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG) preferred
Solid experience with accounting in international and preferably listed organizations
Proven track record in high-volume reconciliation projects
Prior experience working in complex, multi-entity environments across multiple countries
Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems, especially Oracle (SAP, JDE also valued)
Fluent in English (spoken and written), with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
Client-service oriented and open to feedback – collaborative
